On-Campus Interview Facilities
The Career Center invites employers to utilize our on-campus interview facilities as a cost-free and effective way of interviewing our students and alumni for existing and anticipated positions. Learn more about our interview policies.
- On-campus interviews are a free service offered by the Career Center to Illinois State University students and alumni as a way to connect with a variety of employers seeking to fill both internship and/or full-time positions. The Career Center works in collaboration with academic departments to schedule on-campus interviews. The Career Center is also a regional recruiting site for some major corporations.
- eRecruiting is useful for promoting available positions or scheduling an on-campus interview date.
- "Late Night Interviews" allow you to conduct “same-day” on-campus interviews with candidates you met during the day at a career event, typically after both the fall and spring job fairs.
- Company information sessions may be scheduled prior to the on-campus interview dates to make contact with interested students and inform them about any available opportunities, company benefits, culture, etc.
- Phone interviews are another service offered by the Career Center. Phone interviews are coordinated between the employer and candidate. Candidates are more than welcome to use our facility.
